All items may be returned within 30 days after receiving them, providing they are returned in the same condition they arrived with their tamperproof seals unopened.
Our products are sent out for your inspection only of the color through the clear bottles, they are not sent out on a trial and test basis.
By opening the actual tamper-proof seal you accept they are free from damage and if damage occurs once opened this is down to the handling of the customer.
If opened items are returned no refund or exchange will be issued and it will down to the customer to pay for their return.

Unopened products may be returned for an exchange or refund.
Please include a covering letter with you return.
If you have sent your unopened products back for a refund this will be issued within 24 hours of us receiving them, however the initial refund back to your bank can take up to 14 working days, this is not because of us but because of how the way some banks operate.
We do not offer refunds for late delivery.
Once you place your order online we will aim to ship your order within 24 hours, delivery times can vary depending upon the service you choose, delivery can take 3 to 21 working days, again this all depends on how good the mailing service is in your area.
We do not offer a guaranteed delivery time as this is something USPS will not honor and as they are the courier that will be delivering your products we adhere to their guidelines.
Tracked shipping is the fastest method of shipping, if you purchased priority tracked shipping you may contact us for your tracking number if you never received one.
With the tracking number you will be able to locate your products throughout every step of their journey.

If your products arrive damage and the claim is legitimate we will issue a full refund, however if the claim is fraudulent no refund will be issue, all our products are fitted with tamperproof seals, they have been pressure tested to ensure the seals remain intact even when crushed, if a claim for crushed products is made we will need to see full photographic evidence showing both products in the same photo each time from various angles.
Right to Cancel
